To be a coach in the Budhi Foundation you must embody these elements:
- Have an attitude of service.
- Give 100% of yourself.
- Practice active listening.
- Not enter into judgments.
- Give information only when prompted sufficiently,
- Have an efficient and timely manner.
- Practice neutrality.
- Get to the heart of the other through the eyes.
- Know that everything is perfect and necessary.
- Work on this without waiting for the result.
- Believe in the magic of love.
If you embody the above, welcome to the team. If you practice some and are in pursuit of others welcome to the team. If you are beginning to practice any of these, come to our conferences and workshops and form yourself with us. We are waiting.
President / Coach
Héctor Puche was born on February 16, 1977 in Barranquilla, Colombia. From childhood he was influenced by the entrepreneurial spirit of a family business grounded in tradition.
After a terrorist attack perpetuated by the head of the Medellin drug cartel, Pablo Escobar, on October 8, 1989 he lost his father and sister of nine years. Miraculously he and his mother were the only survivors. From then on, his life became a constant observation and questioning of everything around him. In his adolescence he had to choose between being a troubled child hiding behind his personal tragedy or to surpass himself. Since then he has had to deal with communication problems, isolation and adverse circumstances that have allowed him to travel on the road to self-knowledge.
“There are little deaths throughout our lives. The key to revival is realizing how, when and where you have fallen and what you want to become when you get up again “HP
He graduated in Social Communication, Journalism and Audiovisual Production. An MA in Audiovisual and Multimedia Management from the Universidad San Pablo CEU, a Master in International Sales by the University of La Coruna. In 2006, he created the Studio TwentyFourSeven event.
He has over 10 years of studying philosophy, sociology of evolution, compared religions, Symbols Antigua, NLP and Universal Laws amongst other studies.
Since 2010 he has been the executive director of Budhi Foundation, which currently leads a training program for indigenous communities in the Amazon called BeAmazon.
He currently teaches workshops to professionals and self-coaching for new business ventures. He is the creator of “The 33 Steps”, a series of conferences / workshops that focus on human growth and formation of leaders who want to achieve personal and professional success.
